Look, we need to be real about this, you must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in some places like most US states) to use this website. By being here, you're promising us you're old enough in your area. If you're not, sorry mate, but you gotta bounce.

We're serious about this. If we find out you're underage, we'll delete your account and any info you've shared faster than you can say "Two Birds One Stoned".

This site is here to educate, inform, and get people talking about cannabis. We do our best to keep it real, accurate, and up to date but we're human, so we can't guarantee perfection. Use the site at your own risk, and always double check important info with professionals.

Don't do anything sketchy. That includes spamming, hacking, uploading harmful content, or violating laws. Basically, keep it respectful and cool.

When you comment on our site:

• You're giving us permission to display your comment forever (or until we decide to delete it)

• We can edit or remove your comments if they're dodgy
• Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or spam
• If someone complains about copyright, we'll follow DMCA procedures and may remove your content

6. Third-Party Links & Embedded Content

Sometimes we link to other cool stuff or embed YouTube videos and Spotify podcasts. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they do or say. If they remove content or change their terms, that's on them, not us. Use your own judgment when clicking away from us.

7. You've Got Our Back (Indemnification)

If you do something that gets us in trouble, you agree to have our back. That means if someone sues us because of something you posted or did on our site, you'll help defend us and cover any costs. Don't worry though - just play nice and we'll all be fine.
